Question:
Will my COT Spa Cover get heavy like my old cover?
Answer:
Cot Spa Covers use a continuous drip backing material that allows steam to be converted to water and recycled back into the spa, rather than absorbed by the foam.  COT covers stay lightweight much longer than other covers.

Question:
How is the foam protected from water?
Answer:
The foam is sealed in 6mm thick polyethylene, a thick grade of clear plastic, keeping the foam drier and lightweight for years to come.

Question:
Is it important to have steel in the hinge of the cover?
Answer:
Yes.  The hinge is the most vulnerable part of the spa cover, therefore, the steel is a very critical part.  We use 4” galvanized steel to reinforce the hinge along with synthetic threads to sew. Water drains from the top and bottom of the Spa Cover.  We use a close mesh that does not hold water.

Question:
Does COT Spa Covers have a warranty?
Answer:
We offer a 3 or 5 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects and it is one of the best warrantees in the industry to date.
